KCDesign SUS304 Lower Bar Concept

The main focus for KCDsign is chassis strengthing, which is the safety zone of a car.  Structural memebers that are too short and too low are both avoided.  Components that are too short may not perform well, and components that are too low may not have enough ground clearance.

Therefore, KCDsign utilizes stainless steel, and it should perform better than aluminum parts in terms of chassis strengthening.  In European cars, there are not as many mounting points as there are in Japanese cars, because European car design generally employ underboy tray protector to smooth out the under carriage.  As a result, products geared toward Europeans cars will seem larger in dimension, and together with the design from KCDsign, European cars will truly enjoy chassis strengthening.

We have also concentrated our efforts in reducing mass without compromising the chassis strength, and hence ellipical tubing of 1.0~1.5 mm thickness are being used.  Currently 20x40mm,12x40mm and 15x30mm are being utilized .

Our products utilize the mounting points already existing from the car manufacturers.  The design streamlines and encompasses the whole car, and this is one of the specialties of KCDsign.
