At KCDesign, we hope that you are completely satisfied with every item you buy from us! If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us, you can return the goods within 30 days after the order date for a refund (deducting shipping and handling fees). Books, digital media (such as navigation CD/DVD) or installed electrical parts are not accepted for any return.

KCDesign must receive the returned items within 30 days of the order date in order to receive a store credit or refund (minus the shipping and handling fees of the original order).
The customer must first notify KCDesign of the intention to return or exchange the product, and then ship it back to KCDesign. All return requests should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned together with the manufacturer’s original packaging materials. Vehicle parts must be unused (not installed on the vehicle) and in a resale state.
Items returned for refund or exchange will be inspected and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
The return shipping fee is borne by the customer, and KCDesign will not provide the return shipping fee.
Items returned to KCDesign using the cash on delivery (COD) service will be rejected and will result in unrefundable orders.
A refund will be issued to the customer in the same way as the original payment method within 10 working days after receiving the returned goods.
KCDesign reserves the right to approve or reject the return request, regardless of the reason for the return.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date price information. In rare cases, due to printing, photography or technical errors, or due to incorrect pricing information received from the supplier, the price of one or more items is incorrect. KCDesign reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. The goods listed at the correct price.
At KCDesign, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world. After confirming the inventory, we will ship directly from Taiwan within 3-6 days after confirming the order and completing the payment. We provide you with many different shipping methods, as described below.

Whether you are in Taiwan or any other country, we provide global shipping services for many products. We provide Taiwan postal service, UPS, FedEx, DHL and SF-Express pickup from Taiwan head office every day, enabling us to ship to more than 190 countries/regions!

【General shipping information】
When you place an order, we will estimate the delivery date for you based on the availability of your goods and the delivery method you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, the estimated shipping date may be displayed on the shipping quote page. All shipments are shipped on business days, not calendar days. Additional charges may apply for delivery on Saturdays, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Please also note that the shipping costs for many items we sell are based on their dimensional weight or actual weight (whichever is higher). The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company used, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound. The shipping fee quoted by KCDesign also includes a handling fee.
If KCDesign requires further clarification from the customer before processing the order, it will notify the customer via email and "hold" the order. The order will not be completed until the customer responds to KCDesign's inquiry in time. The most common areas of clarification are to confirm the customer's vehicle make/model to ensure product compatibility, confirm the order quantity, etc.

Duties, duties and taxes:
Unless otherwise instructed by our customers, all KCDesign packages will be shipped using Incoterms "Delivery in Place" (DAP).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into your destination country. When ordering from KCDesign, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries/regions other than Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country/region. Consignees of international goods may have to pay such import taxes, duties and fees, and these taxes will be levied once the goods arrive abroad. The additional costs of customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, because we cannot control these costs and cannot predict their prices. The customs policies of various countries vary greatly. You should contact the local customs for more information.
All orders shipped to domestic or international destinations will be covered by loss or damage insurance. For customs and insurance purposes, goods shipped to international destinations will be priced at the full invoice value. KCDesign will not mark shipments on lower declared values to avoid paying taxes and duties to the destination country.
Products damaged during transportation
Unfortunately, items may be damaged during transportation.
Please report the damaged product to customer service within 48 hours after delivery. Do not discard any packaged or damaged products. If you fail to report the damaged product within this time, KCDesign will not be able to file a claim with the shipper, and KCDesign will not be liable for any compensation.
Once KCDesign is notified that your product is damaged, KCDesign will file a claim with the shipper. International claims usually take 20-45 working days to process. Please do not discard damaged products or packaging. Usually, the shipper will need to select products and packaging for inspection. Please prepare for the pick-up at the scheduled date and time.
The result of the claim will be emailed to you along with the replacement or compensation instructions.
KCDesign is not responsible for any labor costs that may occur due to receipt of damaged goods. KCDesign recommends that you wait for the installation plan for all parts until they arrive and check that they are in good condition.
After shipment, KCDesign will send you the tracking number of the order. The shipping method and carrier of your package will be listed in your shipping confirmation email. If you need to contact the operator, please find the contact information below.

All new parts are guaranteed to be the first quality products. For products purchased only by the original purchaser, KCDesign fulfills the manufacturer's guarantee. If parts become defective due to incorrect installation or are misused in any way, no warranty is provided. The parts must be installed by a certified technician. It is not recommended to install it yourself. If a qualified and experienced car mechanic who does not install the product does not install the product correctly, all guarantees and/or guarantees will be void. No express or implied guarantee is made for any parts (including new parts) or work used in the race, or for tracking driving school activities. There is no warranty for electrical parts. We reserve the right to withhold replacement parts until the defective parts are inspected and tested. For items returned under this limited warranty, KCDesign is not responsible for shipping costs. Due to incorrect installation or defective or damaged parts, KCDesign does not bear the labor costs. Installation, labor and storage costs are not KCDesign products, and no refund will be given for any reason.
